Wind power is currently the most potential for development and the technology of clean and renewable energy.This paper is based on Modeling of parts of each to the wind energy conversion system,the four parts of the mathematical modeling and dynamic modeling of wind energy conver-sion system,consider as far as possible to meet the actual situation of wind turbine,and the wind turbine control and operation strategies were studied.%风电是现阶段最具开发潜力和技术手段的清洁可再生能源。本文是在对风能转换系统各个部分进行建模研究的基础，通过对风能转换系统四个部分进行数学建模和动态建模研究，考虑尽可能满足风机运行的实际情况，并对风电机组的控制与运行策略进行了研究。
