University teachers are the main force in the intervention to the psychological crisis of uni-versity students.However,influenced by their professional background,knowledge reserve and professional ethics,teachers will encounter a lot of moral restraints in the process of crisis intervention,which will have an adverse impact on the teachers’personal development and the crisis intervention effect.The application of the role orientation,transference,projection,positive empathy in psychodynamic psychotherapy can to a certain extent explain and solve the ethical dilemma of teachers,and provide advice and guidance effectively.%高校教师是大学生心理危机干预的主要力量,但受自身专业背景、知识储备和职业道德等多方面因素的影响,高校教师在从事大学生心理危机干预的过程中会遇到一些思想伦理束缚,对从业教师的个人发展和咨询干预的效果产生不利影响。心理动力学理论中的角色定位、移情投射和积极共情等概念和技术的应用,在一定程度上能够很好地解释和解决从业教师面临的伦理困境,并提供有效的建议和指导。
