Participation rights of children in family education are the rights of children to take part in family education.It is a basic requirement of safeguarding children’s human rights and achieving children’ s comprehensive development to protect the participation rights of children in family education.However, there are many problems with the protection of participation rights of children in family education in Chi-na,children exercising participation rights under improper influence,their participation rights being limited by their guardians and their participation rights not being restricted properly.It is now time to renew the i-dea,improve the relevant laws,and strengthen the supervision in order to guarantee the participation rights of children in family education.%家庭教育中的儿童参与权是指儿童参与家庭教育活动的权利。保障家庭教育中的儿童参与权是保护儿童人权的内在要求，是实现儿童全面发展的需要。中国家庭教育中的儿童参与权保障存在儿童受不当影响行使参与权、儿童行使参与权的范围被不当缩小以及儿童参与权的行使没有受到合理限制等诸多问题。这些问题主要由于法律不完善等原因造成。目前，完善中国家庭教育中的儿童参与权保障应从更新理念、完善相关法律及加强监督等方面努力。
