The 18th Congress of CPC puts forward the new ideas of integrating the resources of the Party’s grass-roots construction and improving the mechanism of discipline inspection and supervision. With the development and changes of the situation,in the university anti-corruption construction there have been some new restrictive factors which need to be solved by mechanism innovation.Under the leadership of the competent department,the resources of discipline inspection and supervision in colleges require over-all cooperation,establish cooperative mechanism in handling,educating,training,information communica-tion,and online communication platform,etc.which is an effective way of solving these problems.%中共十八大提出了整合基层党建资源，健全纪检监察体制的新思路。随着形势的发展与变化，高校的反腐倡廉建设出现了一些新的制约性因素，需要通过机制创新来解决。在主管部门的领导下，高校纪检监察资源实行统筹协作，建立协作办案机制、协作教育机制、协作培养机制、信息沟通机制、网上交流平台等，是破解这些难题的有效方式。
