The reason that Japanese instructors came to Baoding is the result of joint action of the late Qing dynasty and the government of Japan. These Japanese instructors had played very important role in the Baoding military school. Although Japanese instructors came to China had the subjective of extending Japanese force,they trained many new type military personnel and inferior officers who are badly in need of Qing dynasty. These Japanese instructors have profound influences on military education and military modernization of China.
