随着高职教育的迅速发展，高职院校的专业设置越来越社会化、科学化。在当前形势下，高职院校图书馆必须适应高职教育的特色和实际需要，探索具有高职院校图书馆特色的学科馆员制度的服务模式和管理机制，进一步提升图书馆服务水平和学术水平，以促进学院专业建设和图书馆的可持续发展。% At present,with the rapid development of higher vocational education,its specialty provision becomes increas-ingly socialized and scientific. In the current situation,library must adapt to the characteristics of higher vocational educa-tion and the practical need,explore the service mode and management mechanism of subject librarian system to im-prove its service and academic level,as well as promote the specialty provision construction and the sustainable develop-ment of the library.
