According to the macro statistical data and research results of life energy consumption trends and the development of new energy utilization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,analysis found that there is a growing trend of commercial energy consumption level overall of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in recent years,traditional biomass energy consumption greatly reduced,new energy development achieved certain results. There are mangy problems in life energy consumption in rural areas,including the coal consumption proportion is too high,high-quality goods account for less energy,low energy efficiency and new energy development and utilization is insufficient. Therefore,optimizing the rural energy consumption structure should take comprehensive measures,such as collaborative governance coal,coordinated developing and utilizing the new energy,building support policy system of biomass energy development and improving the energy efficiency,etc.%根据宏观统计数据和调研结果对京津冀生活能源消费变化趋势以及新能源的开发利用状况进行分析发现,京津冀近年来商品能源消费水平总体呈增长趋势,传统生物质能源消费量大幅度减少,新能源开发取得一定成效.同时发现京津冀农村生活能源消费存在着煤炭消费占比过高、高质商品能源占比较少、能源利用效率低以及新能源开发利用不足等问题.因此,优化农村能源消费结构应从京津冀三地协同治理燃煤、协同开发利用新能源、建立支持生物质能源发展的政策体系以及提高能源利用效率等方面采取综合手段.
