In view of the problem of model establishment in the simulation analysis,the Multi Reference Frame model is selected. The reduction formula of the velocity between absolute reference frame and relative reference frame is determined. Factors influencing air mass flow and speed at sucking inlet are studied by changing rotating speed and the distance between material transport pipe and the roller. According to the results,the structure size and operation parameters are optimized. The results show that the Multi Reference Frame model can realize the flow field simulation analysis. For assignment width of 400 mm,when the roll speed is 300 rad/min and the distance between transport pipe and roller is 350 mm,the air mass flow and speed at sucking inlet are the largest.%针对扫吸式吸入口流场仿真分析中模型建立和分析方法选择的难题,选取Fluent中的多参考系模型(MRF)作为建模方法,确定了扫滚相对于吸入口罩壳之间的速度换算公式.通过改变扫滚转速和输料管与扫滚之间的中心距,研究了影响扫吸式吸入口空气流量和入口速度变化的因素,并绘制出扫滚壁面和入口速度云图.最后根据分析结果,优化了扫吸式结构尺寸和运行参数.结果表明,采用多参考系模型可以实现扫吸式吸入口内部流场的仿真分析研究;对于作业宽度为400mm的扫吸式吸入口,当扫滚转速为300 rad/min,输料管与扫滚之间的中心距为350 mm时,吸入口内部空气流量和入口速度最大.
