以ZnS纳米微粒(NPS)和8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(H2QS)为原料,通过新颖的配体交换法合成一系列表面功能化的H2QS-ZnS NPS.TEM结果显示,H2QS-ZnS NPS均一分散,没有聚集,粒径与功能化前的ZnS NPS基本一样,为2~4 nm.H2QS-ZnS NPS的荧光发射峰在488 nm处,其发光效率随着H2QS与ZnS NPS比率的增加而提高,与ZnS NPS的荧光发射峰(420 nm处)相比较发生红移且发光效率显著提高,并对其发光机理进行理论分析.%A series of H2QS-ZnS NPS were synthesized from ZnS nanoparticles(NPS) and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonie acid (H2QS) by a novel ligandexchange process. TEM results show that H2SQ-ZnS NPS are uniformly dispersed wihout aggregation. The H2SQ-ZnS NPS has a diameter of 2~4 nm, the same as that of Zns NPS before functionalization. The fluorescent emission of H2QS-ZnS NPS is at 488 nm and the luminous efficiency is improved when increasing ratio of H2SQ to ZnS NPS. As compared with ZnS NPS(420 nm), the luminous efficiency of H2SQ-ZnS NPS is greatly enhanced and the emission peak has a red shift, its luminous mechanism were theoretical analysised.
