基于AHP的纱线综合性能评价指标权重研究

         

摘要

Determining the evaluation index weight of JC7. 3 tex cotton siro-spun yarn quality based on Analytic Hierarchy Process was discussed. Yarn property weight was set by building analytic hierarchy model and judgment matrix. Validity and reliability of the matrixes were checked by consistence. It shows that the property weights of 7. 3 tex cotton siro-spun yarn to be used for air-jet weaving picks are 0. 076,0. 067,0. 064,0. 056,0. 070,0. 179,0. 165,0. 179 and 0. 144, which stands for yarn evenness CV value, 50% thin and thick spots, 200% spots, evenness CVb, yarn breaking strength, yarn strength CV value, yarn hairiness index and yarn hairiness CV value.%运用层次分析法(AHP)确定了JC7.3 tex纯棉赛络间接纬纱成纱质量评价指标的权重.在专家调查问卷基础上,通过构建层次分析模型和判断矩阵,对各评价指标的权重进行计算,并通过一致性检验确保权重的信度和效度.通过计算,结果显示在评价喷气织机用JC7.3 tex纯棉赛络间接纬纱成纱综合性能时,其性能指标条干CV值、-50%细节、+50%粗节、+200%棉结、条干CVb、单纱断裂强度、单强CV值、毛羽指数、毛羽CV值的权重分别为0.076,0.067,0.064,0.056,0.070,0.179,0.165,0.179和0.144.
