基于CAXA实体设计环境,以其开发工具ICAPI技术为支撑,构建了箱体类零件单元特征的参数化模型.根据箱体类零件的结构特点、尺寸公差库、形状公差库及单元特征的加工工艺知识库,构建基于特征-知识混合建模原理的箱体类零件参数化模型,实现了箱体类零件的形状特征与工艺知识的集成,为以箱体类零件为代表的零件CAD/CAPP集成奠定数据基础.%As to box-type parts, the parameterized model of its unit features was constructed based on ICAPI in CAXASolid.And the box-type parts' feature-knowledge model was made according to the characteristics, the dimensional and shape tolerances and the processes of unit features. The combination of shape features and process knowledge can provide the data needed in CAD/CAPP system of box-type parts.
