教师专业化发展已成为近年来高等院校英语教育研究的重点,在教学条件相对落后的地方性本科高校中,反思性教学已经成为培养教师的重要手段。结合滁州学院外国语学院高级英语轮班制的教学改革,探讨反思性教学在改革中的实施要求和实施效果。滁州学院外国语学院三年的教学实践证明,轮班制下的反思性教学可以优化英语课堂教学过程和教学结果并促进教师的自我发展。%Professional development of teachers has become the focus of English education research and reflective teaching is one of the most important means in relatively backward local colleges.This thesis discus-ses the implementation requirements and effects of reflective teaching in“Advanced English” in Chuzhou Uni-versity.The three -year practice proves reflective teaching in shift system can optimize classroom teaching process and result and promote teachers’ self-development.
