随着大庆市科技成果的大量涌现，开发了科研成果网络信息管理系统。该系统实现了科研成果互联网上展示及项目进展实时报告；可以发布技术供求信息和实现人才交流、项目对接；展示政府最新政策和世界科技动态；在线申报科技奖励和评审。科研成果网络化管理不仅提高了管理效率，而且为科技交流、科研成果转化提供了平台。下一步计划，在科研成果网上增加远程鉴定结题和项目申报，实现科技管理全程网络化目标。%With a large number of appearance of scientific research achievements, it was necessary to develop information management system of scientific research achievements on network in Daqing. The system displayed scientific achievements and the progress of the project real-time on the internet. The system provided technology supply and required information, personnel exchanges information, and exchange platform on project, showed the latest government policy and world scientific and technological developments. The system could examining and appraising award of science and technology online.Scientific research management on network not only improved the management efficiency, but also provided a platform for exchange on science technology and transformation to achievements. The next plan would add identification and reporting project remotely to achievement management of science and technology online fully.
