为了解烟蚜茧蜂(Aphidius gifuensis)对不同龄期烟蚜(Myzus persicae)寄生的偏好,观察了烟蚜茧蜂对不同龄期烟蚜的寄生选择行为和不同龄期烟蚜被寄生后的子代烟蚜茧蜂发育情况.结果表明,烟蚜茧蜂成功寄生4龄烟蚜和成蚜需要的寄生次数分别是1、2、3龄烟蚜的4.15、2.33、1.46倍和3.77、2.12、1.33倍,成功寄生3龄烟蚜需要的寄生次数分别是1、2龄烟蚜的2.83、1.59倍,低龄期烟蚜(1龄和2龄)更容易被寄生,寄生高龄烟蚜(3、4龄烟蚜和成蚜)需要投入更多的精力.另外,烟蚜茧蜂选择给予1、2、3、4龄烟蚜和成蚜的寄生次数占比分别为6.69%、12.21%、26.29%、33.47%和21.21%,其对高龄期烟蚜的寄生次数比例超过80%,说明烟蚜茧蜂更偏好于选择寄生高龄烟蚜.烟蚜龄期不影响子代烟蚜茧蜂的发育历期、寿命和性比,但1龄烟蚜繁育的子代雌蜂体型显著小于3、4龄和成蚜,2、3龄烟蚜繁育的僵蚜羽化率(分别为89.17%和91.14%)比1、4龄和成蚜繁育的僵蚜羽化率(分别为77.78%、87.56%和81.85%)高,相对而言,中间龄期烟蚜(2、3、4龄)更利于子代烟蚜茧蜂的发育.%To understand the preference of Aphidius gifuensis selecting to parasitize different ages of Myzus persicae,we observed the parasitic behavior of Aphidius gifuensis on different ages of Myzus persicae and the development of their offsprings.The results showed that the of Aphidius gifuensis successfully parasitizing instar 4 and adult aphids were respectively 4.15,2.33,1.46 times and 3.77,2.12,1.33 times that of successfully parasitizing instar 1,instar 2,and instar 3 aphids,and when Aphidius gifuensis successfully parasitized instar 3,it needed 2.83 times and 1.59 times of parasitic frequency as many as it parasitized instar 1 and instar 2 aphids.Young aphids(instar 1 and instar 2) were more easy to be parasitized and Aphidius gifuensis needed to put more effort to parasitize elderly aphids(instar 3,instar 4 and adult aphids).Additionally,the proportions of the parasitic frequency of Aphidius gifuensis choosing to parasitize instar 1,instar 2,instar 3,instar 4 and adult aphids were respectively 6.69%,12.21%,26.29%,33.47% and 21.21%.The proportion of the parasitic frequency on elderly aphids was over 80%,indicating that Aphidius gifuensis more preferred to parasitize elderly Myzus persicae.Aphid ages would not affect the development duration,lifespan and sex ratio of Aphidius gifuensis offsprings,but the body size of female offsprings bred from instar 1 aphids was significantly smaller than that bred from instar 3,instar 4 and adult aphids,and the emergence ratios of mummified aphids bred from instar 2 and instar 3(89.17% and 91.14% respectively)were higher than those bred from instar 1,instar 4 and adult aphids(77.78%,87.56% and 81.85% respectively).In comparison,the middle age of aphids(instar 2,instar 3,instar 4) were more beneficial to the development of Aphidius gifuensis offsprings.
