监测玉米叶片中Cu2+胁迫的光谱红边参数研究

         

摘要

In order to study the hyperspectral remote sensing technology on monitoring crops polluted by heavy metal Cu2+,the corn in pots were stressed under three Cu2+ concentrations(0μg/g, 250μg/g and 500μg/g) ,and the hyperspectral reflectance,chlorophyll and Cu2+ content of corn leaves in different ma-turity were measured. In addition,the relationships were also analyzed on the chlorophyll and copper con-tents in the different corn leaves and the Cu2+ concentration in soil. At the same time,in order to imple-ment to distinguish the Cu2+ stress degree and predict Cu2+ content based on hyperspectral remote sens-ing information,the paper put forward the red edge parameters of first-derivative migration area of red-edge(FMAR) and first-derivative area migration rate of red-edge(FMRR),and studied their distinguis-hing and predicting abilities by compared with the traditional parameters such as red edge position (REP),maximum value of red-edge(MR) and first derivative area of red-edge(FAR). The results of measured data and spectral analysis on red edge parameters showed that, the chlorophyll concentration would be risen when corn leaves became older,and the chlorophyll concentration would be reduced when copper was risen in soil. The blue move of REP was more obvious as corn leaves becoming older than stressed by Cu2+ of different concentrations. The FMAR and FMRR were better than REP,MR and FAR to distinguish different stress of Cu2+ and forecast Cu2+ content.%为了研究农作物重金属 Cu2+污染的高光谱遥感监测技术,设置了3种 Cu2+胁迫程度(0μg/g、250μg/g、500μg/g )的玉米盆栽试验,实测了不同成熟度玉米叶片在3种Cu2+胁迫下的高光谱反射率、叶绿素含量和Cu2+含量,也对不同成熟度玉米叶片中叶绿素和Cu2+含量与土壤中Cu2+含量的关系进行了分析。同时为了实现基于高光谱遥感信息区分Cu2+胁迫程度及预测Cu2+含量,提出了红边一阶微分偏移面积( FMAR)和红边一阶微分面积偏移率( FMRR)的红边参数,并与常规的红边位置( REP)、红边最大值( MR)、红边一阶微分包围面积( FAR)等红边参数进行了区分与预测能力比较,实测数据与红边参数光谱分析结果表明,玉米叶片中的叶绿素含量随着成熟度的增加而升高,随着土壤中Cu2+含量的升高而降低;红边位置在Cu2+胁迫时的蓝移没有老叶片到新叶片蓝移明显;FMAR和FMRR在区分Cu2+胁迫程度及预测Cu2+含量方面比REP、MR和FAR效果好。
