为了探讨信阳市不同水域克氏原螯虾对重金属的生物富集规律及其污染现状，测定了信阳市污水沟、浉河下游、茶叶生产区、稻田、工业区和养殖池塘各水域克氏原螯虾中甲基汞、镉、铅、无机砷和铬的含量，分析了克氏原螯虾对5种重金属的富集特征，并根据单因子污染指数评价法对克氏原螯虾的品质进行质量安全评价。结果表明，污水沟克氏原螯虾镉、铅和甲基汞含量最高，分别达到0．42 mg／kg、0．32 mg／kg和0．41 mg／kg，与其他水域差异极显著；工业区克氏原螯虾铬含量最高为1．54 mg／kg，与其他水域差异极显著；茶叶生产区克氏原螯虾无机砷含量最高达到0．38 mg／kg，与其他水域差异极显著。信阳市克氏原螯虾肌肉、内脏和外壳之间的镉、铬和无机砷含量差异均不显著；肌肉和外壳铅的含量分别为0．29 mg／kg和0．35 mg／kg，差异显著；肌肉和外壳甲基汞的含量分别为0．19 mg／kg和0．29 mg／kg，差异显著。信阳市克氏原螯虾5种重金属单因子污染指数介于0．26～0．42，表明信阳市克氏原螯虾受到了5种重金属的轻度污染。%In order to explore the regularity of bioaccumulation and the present situation of the pollution of heavy metals( methyl mercury,Cd,Pb,inorganic arsenic,Cr) in Procambarus clarkia from the different regions in Xinyang, the concentrations of heavy metals in Procambarus clarkia were measured, the characteristics of the bioaccumulation of heavy metals in Procambarus clarkia were analyzed, and the single factor pollution index was used to assess the quality and safety of Procambarus clarkia.The results showed that the contents of Cd,Pb and methyl mercury in Procambarus clarkia from sewage were highest, respectively as much as 0.42 mg/kg,0.32 mg/kg and 0.41 mg/kg.The differences between the contents of heavy metals ( methyl mercury, Cd, Pb ) in Procambarus clarkia from sewage and other places were extremely significant.The content of Cr in Procambarus clarkia from industrial zone was highest,as much as 1.54 mg/kg.The differences between the contents of Cr in Procambarus clarkia from industrial zone and other places were extremely significant.The content of inorganic arsenic in Procambarus clarkia from tea production zone was highest, as much as 0.38 mg/kg.The differences between the contents of inorganic arsenic in Procambarus clarkia from tea production zone and other places were extremely significant.The differences between the contents of heavy metals( Cd,inorganic arsenic,Cr) in the shell, the muscle and the gonads of Procambarus clarkia were not significant; the differences between the contents of heavy metals ( methyl mercury and Pb ) in the shell and the muscle of Procambarus clarkia were significant.The single factor pollution index of heavy metals ( methyl mercury, Cd, Pb, inorganic arsenic,Cr)in Procambarus clarkia was between 0.26 and 0.42.It demonstrated that Procambarus clarkia was mildly polluted by heavy metals.
