利用我国1991-2009年花生生产投入产出的面板数据,采用Malmquist指数方法对花生生产效率的变动及构成进行分析.结果表明:1991-2009年间,我国花生生产的全要素生产率平均指数为0.911,低于大豆和3种粮食作物(稻谷、小麦、玉米)的平均水平而高于油菜籽的水平.花生综合效率指数为1.025,以年均0.025的速度稳步提高,其中规模效率为1.015,年均增速为0.015;与此同时,技术进步水平为0.891,出现了负增长,年均增速为-0.109,技术进步水平低下直接导致我国花生全要素生产率呈下降趋势.据此,可通过提高技术进步水平、扩大生产规模等手段来改善我国花生生产效率水平.%This paper analyzed the peanut productivity and its composition using the 1991 - 2009 panel data of peanut costs and benefits based on Malmquist index. The results showed that,during the study period,the total factor productivity of peanut was 0. 911,lower than soybean and three kinds of food crops (rice,wheat and maize) ,but higher than rapeseed. Its comprehensive efficiency was 1. 025,with an annual growth rate of 0. 025,in which the scale efficiency was 1. 015,with an annual growth rate of 0. 015. The technical progress level was averagely 0. 891, with a negative annual growth rate of -0. 109. It could be concluded that,according to evaluation index above,total factor productivity of peanut in China declined mainly due to the decreasing technological progress. So technical innovations and expanded production scale should be promoted in order to raise peanut productivity.
