Research on the relationship between land use type change and national economic value change contributes to better adjustment of land use structure, related agricultural structure and industrial distribution. It improves the national economic value. The correlation analysis function of SPSS 17. 0,combined with regression analysis,was employed to study the changes of land use types and gross domestic product (GDP).in Jinsha county over the past 10 years. The results showed that GDP averagely increased by 7. 62 million yuan with every increase of 1 hectare construction land,and it increased by 1. 83 million yuan with every increase of 1 hectare agricultural land. While the effects of other lands (transportation and water areas) were negative, that was, GDP would averqgely increase by 1. 41 million yuan when they were decreased by 1 hectare. In conclusion,construction land had the greatest impact on three industrial output value and GDP, followed by other land and agricultural land.%研究土地利用类型变化和国民经济产值变化之间关系,以便更好地调整土地利用结构及相关农业结构、产业布局等来提高国民经济产值.结合回归分析法,运用软件SPSS 17.0的相关性分析功能,对金沙县(研究区)近10 a土地利用类型变化与国内生产总值的变化进行了分析研究,结果表明:在研究区平均每增加1 hm2建设用地,GDP增长762万元；其他土地(交通用地和水域)的影响为负影响,平均每减少1 hm2其他土地,GDP增加141万元；农用地平均每增加1 hm2,GDP增长183万元.建设用地对三大产业产值及国内生产总值的影响最大,其次是其他土地和农用地对各产业产值的影响.
