温度对锯谷盗成虫水平和垂直运动分布的影响

         

摘要

为明确不同温度条件下锯谷盗成虫的水平和垂直运动规律,设置不同温度观察了锯谷盗成虫在无粮和铺有小麦水平面上的爬行速度,以及其在垂直小麦粮柱内的移动速度和分布情况.结果表明:锯谷盗成虫在水平方向上的爬行起始温度为12℃,此后随温度的升高爬行速度加快,其中在无粮平面上的爬行速度与温度的回归方程为y=13.09x-18.79,在铺有小麦平面上的爬行速度与温度的回归方程为y=3.939x-5.307,且在无粮平面上的爬行速度显著快于铺有小麦的平面.锯谷盗成虫的垂直移动也与温度相关,温度低于11℃时少有垂直移动.温度大于15℃后垂直移动速随温度升高而加快.在等温小麦粮柱内,锯谷盗成虫向上运动的速度明显大于向下移动速度.在有温差的粮柱(堆)内,成虫较多地出现于温度22 ~34℃的范围内,且在温度为19 ~ 34℃时,移动速度差异不显著,温度高于37℃和低于19℃时,移动速度明显降低.%To make sure the movement of Oryzaephilus surinamensis on flat solid surface and vertical grain column with different temperature,the moving speed of O.surinamensis adults was monitored and observed on flat surface of paper and wheat bulk as well as in wheat column.And the movement and distribution were checked in wheat column in which temperature was in several ranges from 40 to 13 ℃separately.The results indicate that the initial moving temperature of O.surinamensis adults was 12 ℃both on flat surface of paper and wheat bulk.And then the moving speed increased with the temperature going up.The regression equation between moving speed and temperature was y =13.09x-18.79for the adult crawling on paper surface.That regression equation was y =3.939x-5.307 for the insect walking on the wheat surface.The adults walked faster on paper than on the wheat bulk.The adult movement in vertical wheat column was also related to temperature.There was a little insect moving when the temperature was below 11 ℃.Above 15 ℃ the moving speed went up with the temperature increasing.The moving up speed of the insect in uniform temperature grain column was faster than that of moving down of that.The distributed individuals of adult in the column with temperature gradient was concentrated in the part of wheat where temperature was 22 to 34 ℃.There was no distinct difference in moving speed in the range of 19 to 34 ℃.There was observably slower speed of ()(d)t moving when the temperature was above 37 ℃ and less than 19 ℃.
