Experiment was conducted with “Viken”, an introducted stone fruit rootstock, for investigating the effects of different factors: basic medium and hormones, GA and the way treating seed coat. Results showed that MS is the appropriate basic medium for embryo germination; The effetive concentration inducing the embryo of BA is 4.0 mg · L-1, and the concentration of NAA is 0.5 mg ·L-1; When the embryo was soaked in in the 20 mg · L-1 GA for 24 hours, the germination rate of the mature embryo is up to 73.7％ , and it is higher in the gemination rate and easier on the operation than the embryo cultured in the medium added GA; stripping part of the seed coat is better than other treatments.%以引进核果类砧木"Viken"成熟胚为试材,研究基本培养基类型、激素种类与浓度和种皮处理等因子对成熟胚萌发率的影响.结果表明,MS为胚萌发适宜的基本培养基;诱导胚萌发的适宜的BA质量浓度为4.0 mg·L-1,NAA质量浓度为0.5 mg·L-1;接种前采用20 mg·L-1GA溶液浸泡种胚24 h,萌芽率高达73.7%,优于培养基中添加GA的方法,其种胚萌芽率高且试验操作简便;剥去部分种皮要好于其他种皮处理方式.
