小型挖掘机偏转机构的有限元分析

         

摘要

以GC18型挖掘机偏转机构为研究对象,用Pro/Engineer建立了挖掘机的偏转机构的三维模型,并进行了模拟装配和有限元分析.针对偏转机构2个典型的工况位置的应力和变形,采用有限元法进行了计算分析,计算出2个工况下应力分布和变形,为有限元法在小型挖掘机设计上的应用提供了参考.%The design of the deflection mechanism of GC18 excavator was studied in this paper. The three-dimensional model of the deflection mechanism was established with Pro/Engineer, and some simulation assemble and finite-element analysis which was used to calculate the stress and transformation of two typical working positions on the deflection mechanism. The conclusion serves to provide technical references to the design of a new excavator model.
