In order to study the influence of different interface modification methods on composite material performance,basalt non-woven cloth is taken as reinforcement,boron phenolic resin composites as a matrix system,and is respectively treated with hydro-chloric acid and KH-560 coupling agent on the interface of composite materials modified,and then different methods of interface modifi-cation on the properties of compound material mechanics are analyzed. The experimental results show that the KH-560 modification will help to improve the performance of composite materials tensile and bending,but its mechanical properties of the composites are not infi-nitely increased with the increase of the dosage of the KH-560,after acid treatment of BF/BPR the composite fails to improve the me-chanical properties,but it was worse instead.%为了研究不同界面改性方法对复合材料性能的影响,以玄武岩无纬布为增强体、硼酚醛树脂为基体制备复合材料,分别用盐酸和KH-560偶联剂对复合材料的界面进行改性处理,分析不同的界面改性方法对复合材料力学性能的影响。实验表明,KH-560改性有助于复合材料拉伸和弯曲性能的改善,但其复合材料的力学性能并不随着KH-560用量的增加而无限增强,经盐酸处理后的BF/BPR复合材料的力学性能没有提高反而下降。
