以安徽农业大学毕业的87名大学生村干部为样本，在因子分析和层次分析的基础上，从个性特征、创业能力和外部环境三个方面，检验大学生村干部创业意愿及其影响因素之间的相关性，结果显示，性别因素、成功创业案例影响、创业知识与能力、创业培训与实践、良好的资源与政策环境都与大学生村干部创业意愿显著正相关。提升大学生村干部创业意愿应从转变就业观念、强化创业培训与创业实践教育和加大政策扶持力度等方面着手。%The article takes a sample of 87 village officials of college graduates from Anhui Agricultural Univer-sity. Based on the factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process( AHP),the article checks the correlation between the entrepreneurial intention of village officials of college graduates and the impact factors in terms of personality traits,entrepreneurial ability and external environment. The result shows that the entrepreneurial intention of vil-lage officials of college graduates is obviously connected with the gender factors,successful entrepreneurial cases, entrepreneurial knowledge and ability,entrepreneurial training and practice,and good resources and policy atmos-phere. To promote their entrepreneurial intention,we are supposed to change the concept of employment,strength-en entrepreneurial training and practice education,and enhance policy support.
