超声法提取栾树干花中总黄酮的正交实验

         

摘要

Objective The research aimed to optimize the extraction technology of total flavone from dried flowers of koelreuteria paniculata by ultrasonic method . Methods Total flavone was extracted from dried flowers of koelreuteria paniculata by ultrasonic method . Teffects of three factors including ethanol concentration , soli dliquid ratio , ultrason time on the yield of total flavone were investigated . The optimum technological conditions of total flavone exaction were confirmed through single factor test and orthogonal test . Results The optimum exaction technological conditions were as follows:70% ethanol , solid -liquid ratio of 1 :30 and ultrasonic time of 90 min . Conclusion This technology has good reproducibility and has better reference value for further technology development of total flavone .%目的:对超声提取法提取栾树干花中总黄酮的工艺进行优化。方法利用超声法提取栾树干花中的总黄酮,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间3个因素对总黄酮得率的影响,通过单因素和正交试验确定了提取的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺条件为体积分数70%乙醇、料液比1∶30、超声时间90 m in。结论工艺重现性好,对进一步的研究开发有比较好的参考价值。
