地下钢筋砼简仓施工与闭水试验过程的抗浮试验研究

         

摘要

防水防潮是大型地下粮仓的技术难点之一,而闭水试验是地下仓交付业主使用前的必需步骤.通过现场试验研究与理论分析相结合的方法,验证了基于阿基米德原理所采用的抗浮措施过于保守,同时为了防止施工过程中特别是闭水试验期间地下仓上浮,给出了仓体所受实际浮力与理论浮力的线性表达式,并确定了地下仓闭水试验过程中的警戒水位.此研究可为类似工程的抗浮验算与闭水试验提供参考.%Water and moisture resistance is one of the difficulties in the research of large underground silos,and closed water test is a necessary step before underground silos is put into service.In this paper,the anti-floating measures based on Archimedes principle were proved to be too conservative by the method of combination of field test research and theoretical analysis.In order to prevent floating of the underground silo during construction especially during the closed water test,the paper put forward a linear expression of the actual and theoretical buoyancy of the silo,and determined the waming water level of the underground silo in the closed water test.The result can provide reference for anti-floating computation and close water test of the similar projects.
