In 2011 , we selected 244 high-yield strong gluten wheat samples from five provinces in huang-huai area, such as Anhui, Hebei, Henan, Jiangsu and Sandong, to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the sensory characteristics, quality index and quality characteristics of wheat grains. The results showed that 31. 6% samples achieved the national standard of high quality strong gluten wheat, i. e. Gaoyou 9415, Jimai 20, Shi-luan 02 - 1 , Wanmai 38, Xinong 979, Xinmai 26, Xumai 30, Yannong 19, Yannong 21 , Yannong 5158, Zhengmai 366, Zhengmai 7698, Zhengmai 9023 and Zhouyuan 9369. Based on the experiment, we screened the high-yield strong gluten wheat varieties suitable for these areas.%共选取安徽、河北、河南、江苏、山东5省黄淮麦区2011年高产强筋小麦样品244份,对籽粒感官性状、质量指标、品质性状进行了全面分析和评价.结果表明,达到优质强筋小麦国家标准的样品占样品总数的31.6%,分别是藁优9415、济麦20、济南17、师栾02 -1、皖麦38、西农979、新麦26、徐麦30、烟农19、烟农21、烟农5158、郑麦366、郑麦7698、郑麦9023和洲元9369.通过试验筛选推荐适合该区域种植的高产优质强筋小麦品种.
