A concentrated soybean lecithin was bleached by activated carb onin laboratory.It discovers that activated carbon has bleaching effect on soyb ean lecithin and has some negative effects on soybean lecithin quality.Acidity o f activated carbon and temperature can make lecithin hydrolyzing and oxidizing s lightly.The optimal conditions are 4% of activated carbon,bleaching temperature 40℃ and bleaching time 20min.%采用活性炭对大豆浓缩磷脂进行脱色,发现活性炭对磷脂有一定的脱色作用,也对磷脂质量产生副作用.活性炭的酸性及脱色温度的联合作用,促使磷脂轻度水解和氧化.对磷脂脱色优化条件为:活性炭加入量4%、脱色温度40℃、脱色时间20min.
