大学生的综合素质不仅是企业选用人才时的一项重要指标,也是高校在人才培养方面和推进全面素质教育过程中所面临的十分重要的问题.在咨询专家和实际调查结果的基础上,找出了影响大学生综合素质的多种因素,构建了大学生综合素质评价指标体系,然后采用模糊综合评判法,建立了一个大学生综合素质的评判方法,最后通过具体实例分析,给出的大学生素质综合评价结果与实际情况一致,表明该模型具有一定的实用性.%The overall quality of college students is not only an important indicator for businesses to recruit talents,but also an important task facing colleges and universities in the course of talent training and the promotion of quality education.This paper, based on the consultation with experts and practical survey,first finds out a variety of factors that influence the overall quality of students,and then constructs evaluation index system and establishes a comprehensive quality evaluation method by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally,through the analysis of concrete examples shows that the evaluation results of students overall quality are in accordance to the practical situation,which indicates that the model is practical.
