At present, city construction in China has begun to shift from the extensive development phase to the quality promotion phase.The merging development of urban recreation space and the culture has become an important way to enhance the urban quality.However, the combination model is one of the difficulties in city planning.Emerging cities are facing many contradictions such as rapid urban construction, low cultural heritage, and the government's inadequate capabilities about planning and construction.As a typical emerging city, Shijiazhuang is lack of development on the representational level, including urban context, recreation space, and cultural landscape, which reflects the planning concept lacks culture, and information dissemination is still quite backward.Therefore, it is necessary to shape the urban context, strengthen the construction of cultural recreation space and cultural landscape, give play to the role of cultural mechanism in planning, innovate and integrate the cultural recreation information transmission mode to promote the integrated development.%当前,我国城市建设已经开始从粗放式发展阶段转向品质提升阶段,城市游憩空间与城市文化融合开发成为提升城市品质的重要途径,但两者的结合模式却是城市规划难点之一.新兴型城市更是面临城市建设速度快、文化底蕴薄、政府规划建设能力不足等诸多矛盾.石家庄作为典型的新兴型城市,在城市游憩空间的表象层面,即城市文脉、文化类游憩空间以及文化景观存在发展缺失,同时映射出规划理念缺乏文化性、文化游憩信息传播模式落后的问题.这需要通过塑造城市文脉、加强文化类游憩空间和文化景观建设,发挥文化机制在规划中的作用和创新整合文化游憩信息传播模式等途径来促进两者融合发展.
