Fukuzawa Yukichi assimilated Guizors theory in abundance. Based on the true situation of Japan, he combined the features of his own theory. He originated a suit of conception of history of civilization with Japanese traits. Fuluzawa Yukichi did not only merge Guizo＇s advantaged theory, but also extracted the essentials from Guizot just right. He retained the main character which was the historical evolutionism on the western civilization of history, while made it the use of the historical re- search by artifice.
