Qi-Liang Dynasties Poetry and folk songs in Southern Dynasty are produced in roughly the same time , and it has certain feasibility and research value for the comparison of the different literary genres under the same back -ground .This paper compares and demonstrates similarities and differences between Qi -Liang Dynasties Poetry form poetry and folk songs in southern dynasty through concrete analysis of such aspects as the generation and development conditions , the subject matter and content , the form, the style and the description methods and so on .%齐梁宫体诗与南朝民歌产生于大致相同的时代，对产生于相似背景下的不同文学体裁进行比较，有一定的可行性和研究价值。本文通过具体分析，主要对齐梁宫体诗与南朝民歌在产生与发展的条件、题材内容、表现形式、风格、描写手法等方面的异同进行比较研究与论证。
