远程学习者网络有效学习的影响因素研究--以河南省中小学教师远程培训为例

         

摘要

With the rapid development of Internet and information technology represented by internet and computing multimedia technology , distance training of primary and secondary school teachers carried out with the help of information technology has become a main method to realize teachers’ professional ability development . However , when we positively promote remote training for primary and secondary school teachers in Henan Province at the same time , the training effect is not obvious . How to promote the network learning effectiveness and ensure the quality of training at the same time has become very crucial . This study will analyze from the concept of network effective learning and influential factors , by interviewing learners who has once participated in the distance teachers’ training activities , combined with the analysis of the relevant qualitative material , finally get the conclusion of the influential factors of effective learning about network distance learners : the learner factors , teacher factors , shared network curriculum factors , environmental factors and communication factors , in order to bring some inspiration and help realize effective learning and improve the quality of the distance training .%随着以互联网技术和计算机多媒体技术为代表的信息技术的快速发展,借助信息技术开展的教师远程培训已经成为实现教师专业能力发展的一种主要手段。河南省在积极推进中小学教师远程培训的同时,其培训成效并不明显。因此如何提高网络学习的有效性,确保培训的质量显得至关重要。本研究从网络有效学习的概念和影响因素的角度进行研究,并通过对参加过远程教师培训的学习者进行访谈,结合相关质性材料的分析,最终得出关于远程学习者网络有效学习的影响因素:学习者因素、教师因素、网络课程因素、环境因素和交流共享,以期对学习者如何实现网络有效学习和提高教师远程培训的质量有所启发和帮助。
