The admission policy for minorities in postgraduate education in China includes three specific types of policies,such as “minority candidates policy”,“the plan of high-level backbone personnel training for minority”and “the plan of supporting targeted universities in western”.The policy can be analyzed based on the theory of cultural reproduction,of which the realistic bases include the rapid de-velopment of the western areas and minority regions,the slow development of minority postgraduate education,the less stock of postgraduate education resources in western minority areas and reforms of higher education,etc.%研究生教育民族招生政策包括“少数民族考生政策”“少数民族高层次骨干人才培养计划”“对口支援西部高校计划”三种具体政策类型。研究生教育民族招生政策可以基于文化再生产理论进行解析，其现实依据包括西部和民族地区的快速发展、少数民族研究生教育发展缓慢、西部民族地区研究生教育资源的存量少以及高等教育领域的改革等方面。
