The engineering education professional certification will establish the continuous improvement mecha-nism, where result-oriented and the students as the center are treated as basic rule. College physics is one of the foundations of natural science and engineering, and its knowledge system should keep the traditional advantages. However, according to the rule of learning result, teaching process requires a clear course objectives, syllabus, inten-tion of teaching design, classroom teaching reform, improving assessment methods.
