As a common teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, the project-based teaching is carried out in higher vocational public English course in our school. Under the project-based teaching mode, this paper analyzes the problems in stratified teaching and puts forward some effective ways to solve the problems.%作为高职院校一种非常普及的教学模式，项目化教学也在我校高职公共英语课程进行了试点改革。本文讨论了在项目化教学模式下，分层教学遇到的诸多问题，并提出了一些解决问题的有效途径。
