In the era of entrepreneurship and innovation, new entrepreneurial SMEs need a group of high-quality and professional accounting graduates not only to be engaged in accounting but also in other jobs. Based on the background analysis of talents cultivation mode of Two card, Three kinds of Abilities, Four Links, the overall plan for the mode and its guarantee measures are proposed to cultivate more qualified entrepreneurial accounting talents.%在国家倡导大众创业、万众创新的时代,这些新型创业型中小企业需要一批高素质、专业的会计毕业生,相比于传统的毕业生,更多要求在从事会计岗位外,还需要兼顾其他岗位.本文在这种形势下分析了"二证三能四环"的人才培养模式的背景,提出了"二证三能四环"会计人才培养模式总体设想,最后提出相应人才培养模式保障.希望通过"二证三能四环"会计人才培养,培养出更多适应新型创业型的会计人才,响应国家号召,输送合格人才.
