本文以学前教育专业为例,以用人单位录用教师标准的调研结果为基础,反观和审视现有的综合素质测评体系,通过分析当前大学生综合素质测评存在的共性问题,提出评价体系"定制化"应注意的导向性、科学性、可操作性和重发展、轻评价的基本原则.并在此基础上,尝试构建"定制化"的学前教育专业综合素质测评体系.%Using preschool education Specialty as an example, the paper introduces customized evaluation system based on the investigation results of the teacher recruitment requirements, which emphasizes the basic principles in-clude guidance, scientificity, operability and considering the development.
