非英语专业大学生英语写作焦虑成因及缓释

         

摘要

Slow-release and digestion of writing anxiety for non-English major college students become the rela-tively difficult learning tasks and technical bottlenecks to break through, mainly involving students' subjective emo-tional lack of self-confidence, then occurrence of the behaviors such as being instantaneous, not knowing how to start writing and what to write, fear and avoidance of writing, which result from the detail problems in vocabulary, grammar, sentence pattern structure. By tracking the interview of non-English major college students, the paper ana-lyzes the causes which lead to the dynamic change of the interviewees' writing anxiety in the process of writing, adopts innovative thinking of solving problems in interdisciplinary studies, integrates the psychological consultation technology and English learning strategy to explore slow-release strategy of writing anxiety, thus to achieve the aim of teaching to improve college students' English writing ability.%写作焦虑的缓释与消解,对于非英语专业大学生群体而言成为其中难度相对较大的学习任务和亟待突破的技术瓶颈,主要表现在对词汇、语法、句型结构掌握欠精准等细节问题引发学生主观情绪上自信缺失,近而出现诸如:思路瞬时堵塞、行文无从落笔、文字输出障碍、写作畏惧心理及写作回避行为等写作焦虑困境.本文旨在通过跟踪访谈非英语专业大学生个案,针对访谈对象在英语写作实践进程中"写作焦虑"的动态变化,进而成因分析,采用交叉学科研究解决问题的创新思路,将心理咨询技术与英语学习策略融合,探索写作焦虑缓释策略,进而实现提升大学生群体英语写作能力的教学目标.
