Vocational education is an important part of Chinese higher education, and cultivating students' workplace English capacity plays an important role in student progress over time in vocational schools. This paper uses survey researchto analyzethe status quo and problems of vocational school students' workplace English learn-ing, and discusses the ways to cultivate the students' workplace English capacityfrom teaching, teachers, teaching mode, teaching methods and external resources, hoping to improvevocational school students' workplace English ca-pacity.%职业教育是中国高等教育的重要组成部分，职业院校学生职业英语能力的培养对学生的日后发展具有重要的推动作用。文章运用调查研究法分析了职业院校学生职业英语学习现状与问题，并从教学目标、师资力量、教学模式、教学方法和校外资源等方面论述了职业院校学生职业英语能力的培养途径，希望其对提升职业院校学生职业英语能力有所裨益。
