创新高职管理机制提升社会服务水平

         

摘要

最近几年我们国家的教育事业开展的如火如荼,比如高职教育的出现及发展就是一个非常显著的表现。但是其在发展的过程中也存在一些弊端,比如最为明显的是权责不分明,制度欠缺,结构组织模糊,管理工作开展的较为粗放等。所以当前时期最重要的任务就是要切实的提升高职的管理力度,创新体制。%In full swing in recent years our country education development, such as the appearance of higher vo-cational education and development is a very outstandingperformance. But in the course of development also exist some disadvantages, for example, the most obvious is the power and responsibility is not clear, lack of system,the or-ganizational structure of fuzzy, management work more extensive.
