文章分析了工程造价专业实践教学体系现状，结合长期的教学和带学生在企业实习经验，发现学校工程造价专业人才培养和用人单位对该专业人才的需求存在的脱节问题，提出了基于岗位能力需求实践教学体系框架的构建。%This paper analyzed the current practice education situation of engineering cost speciality, combing ex-perience of practice to enterprise with students, found that there was some disconnected between requirment of em-plorer and talent training, thus structure of practice education system based on the requirment of occupation ability was proposed.
