随着教育信息化进程的逐步推进和飞速发展的现代化技术，俨然在今天，教育技术已经成为一个衡量教师是否具备专业素质的关键因素了。特别是对于职业院校教师们而言，更需要掌握一定的教育技术。笔者对部分高职院校教师目前所具备的教育技术能力进行走访调查后，进行初步分析，在提升高职院校教师教育技术能力的办法与途径方面进行探索讨论。%Nowadays, with the advancement of education information and the rapid development of modern tech-nology, educational technology has become an essential factor in measuring teachers' professional qualifications, espe-cially for teachers of vocational colleges who are required to master some kinds of educational technology. The author has investigated higher vocational teachers' capacity of educational technology and conducted a preliminary analysis based on the investigation.With the results of the analysis, the paper discusses and explores the approaches of en-hancing vocational teachers' capacity of educational technology.
