Combining electronic science and technology applied talents training model in independence colleges, the teaching reform are discussed on the "integrated circuit process foundation" course. With the author's teaching practice, the teaching mode, teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods of the course are introduced. Stressed that "sunshine state of mind, happy teaching and studying" concept, we try to effectively mobilize the enthu-siasm of students, promote the development of students' learning ability and practical ability to train qualified elec-tronic information applied talents.%本文结合独立学院电子科学与技术专业应用型人才培养模式的要求,对《集成电路工艺基础》课程进行了初步的教学改革探讨.结合作者的教学实践,介绍了《集成电路工艺基础》课程教学模式、教学内容、教学方式和考核方式的探索.强调"阳光心态,快乐教学"的理念,尝试有效调动学生学习积极性,促进学生学习能力和实践能力的发展,培养合格的电子信息类应用型人才.
