受中越两国具有特殊的历史和地理联系、改革开放后我国经济社会快速发展、全球化加快人口流动、云南边境农村性别比例失衡等因素的共同影响,以及基于共同的民族认同、地缘认同和血缘认同,滇越边境地区产生了越来越多的非法跨国婚姻移民。本文在移民社会学视野下对非法跨国婚姻移民的社会涵义作了简要阐述,用社会交换理论和推-拉理论对此进行有关社会学理论分析,总结滇越边境非法跨国婚姻移民的特征并从文化多元主义以及这些婚姻移民女性对我国边境农村社会所产生的重要性和我国正在成为移民输入国的事实出发,提出相应的应对措施或原则。%Because of t＇he special historical and geographical ties between China and Vietnam, the economic development after Chinese reform and opening, the rapid population floating resulted from globalization, the gender imbalance in rural Yunnan border, and of the common ethnic, geographical and kinship identity, more and more illegal transnational marriage immigration have been facilitated. Based on the migration sociology, the paper tells what the illegal transnational marriage is; combined with the social exchange theory and the push-pull theory, the paper makes an analysis of the causes and features of the illegal migration. It put forward solutions to the illegal migration as well considering the influence brought by the female migrants on Chinese border villages and the fact that China is being the country to input migrants.
