Police culture plays the important role as the engine in the police force construction. Taking the police sports activities as the carrier and a cultural phenomenon, this paper discusses the fusion and function of police culture construction in cultural mainline, trying to seek the factors for police culture construction factor so as to stimulate police culture construction vitality.
