中国共产党作为执政党,在新的历史条件下必须加强党的自身建设.该文首先论述了我们党长期重视党性锻炼的光荣传统,提出了新时期加强党性锻炼的必要性和重要性,接着从提高党的执政能力和执政水平的高度系统阐述了新时期加强党性锻炼的主要途径和要求.%As the governing party, it is of great necessity to enhance the self-construction of the Communist Party of China (CPC) during the new historical period. In this thesis, it ifrstly discusses the tradition that the CPC has always attached importance to the party spirit cultivation for a comparatively long time, and then puts forwards the necessity and signiifcance of strengthening the party spirit cultivation during the new period. Finally, the thesis states some main methods and requirements on how to strengthen the party spirit cultivation in the new period from the aspects of enhancing the governing ability and level.
