With the rapidly development of China's economy and the urban construction and service industries, the demand for labor is increasing. A large numbers of migrant workers move from agriculture industry into the city. The special "urban fringe" group is taken more and more attention by scholars. Different with other professionals in the city, migrant workers' income level is generally low, and their career development barrier is signiifcant. Based on the perspective of social capital, the paper analyzes the inlfuence of migrant workers' social capital to the information collection and studies the mechanism of social capital on the occupational lfow of migrant workers, so as to provide some feasible suggestions to improve the citizenization of migrant workers.%随着中国经济的飞速发展,城市中的建设业及服务业对劳动力的需求日益旺盛,数量庞大的农民工群体脱离农业流入城市,这一特殊的"城市边缘"群体也越来越受到学者们的关注.相较于城市的其他群体而言,农民工群体收入水平普遍偏低,职业发展障碍明显.本文基于社会资本的视角,分析农民工社会资本对职业信息搜集的影响,研究社会资本对农民工职业流动的作用机制,最终为农民工市民化提供可行建议.
