基于 AdvantEdge 的圆孔拉刀拉削过程的研究

         

摘要

Based on the FEM analysis software AdvantEdge ,a finite element model for cutting process of the broach was established.Force and stress of the tooth during working process were obtained in the model .The result can provide a theoretical basis to improve the effect of stress on broach cutting accuracy and also opti-mize the tool structure when the broach parameters,including rake angle,relief angle,cutting speed and chip load tooth were analyzed .The results shows that cutting speed exerts the greater influence on the stress than feed per tooth,rake angle,relief angle.And the relief angle has the smallest influence on the stress .%利用有限元分析软件,建立圆拉刀切削过程的有限元模型,得到拉刀切削时的切削力和应力分布情况。分析拉刀前角、后角以及齿升量和切削速度对应力的影响,为改善受力对切削精度的影响及合理设计拉刀结构提供了理论依据。研究结果表明,切削速度对应力的影响大于每齿进给量、后角和前角对应力的影响,且后角对应力的影响最小。
