Currently , the professional development of university counselors is still at the primary stage .The fact that there are no clear professional boundaries and obligations between counselors and teachers and administrative cadres, which is hampering the further professional development of university counselors .The reform for the profes-sional development of university counselors should be paid more attention: setting up professionalization system of university counselors and perfecting promotion mechanism; planning admittance channels and perfecting examina-tion system;setting up disciplinary system of university counselors ’ professionalization .From perspective of diver-sity development, to solve prominent problems about function division , training system, admittance mechanism, improvement space , etc.%目前，多数高校辅导员专业化处于初级阶段，辅导员与专业教师、管理干部等的专业界限分划不清、职责范围不明，严重阻碍着辅导员的专业化发展。为提高辅导员专业化发展进程，需进一步深化辅导员专业化改革：确立辅导员专业化制度，健全推进机制；规划准入渠道，完善考核体系；建立辅导员专业化的学科体系。从差异化发展的角度，着实解决辅导员专业化进程中辅导员工作职能划分、培养体系、准入机制、提升空间等方面的突出问题，推进辅导员专业化建设。
