基于 CFD 的水轮机内部流场数值模拟与分析

         

摘要

In order to predict the flow pattern inside the turbine,the paper established a two-dimensional geometric model of the turbine and its structural division of the grid,applying the computational fluid dy-namics software,using the standard k-εturbulence model and a simple algorithm for viscous flow field in-side the complex turbine the flow field were solved numerically to obtain the flow field inside the pump contours.It also analyzed the flow field characteristics of the pump,and compared the predictive value and the value of comparative experiments,which provides a theoretical basis for the theoretical design and per-formance prediction of the pump.%为预测水轮机内部的流动规律,建立水轮机二维几何模型,并对其进行结构化网格的划分,运用计算流体力学软件,采用标准 k-ε湍流模型和 simple 算法对粘性流场中水轮机内部复杂的流场变化进行了数值求解,获得了水轮机内部的流场分布云图,分析水轮机的流场特征,并将预测值与实验值对比,为水轮机的理论设计和性能预测提供依据。
